Just to bump this up again...

The doctors at MD Anderson last weekend (Metastatic Breast Cancer Conference) talked alot about Ixempra (ixabepilone)and sounded as if they were having great successes with it. Please add it to your toolbox when talking to your docs. Mine says he just put a patient on it last week and is optimistic about it's potential.

I could not find information about Ixempra and inflammatory breast cancer. Nothing I read ruled it out, either. Ixempra works by inhibiting cell growth. It disrupts the formation of proteins that are vital to cell division as well as internal support of cells. Here are some more links.
