I saw the thoracic (jerk) surgeon yesterday. The CAT showed the nodules and agrees that they look like bc. So I am having my lung drained and sealed with talc (again) on December 5. The surgeon will also do a biopsy then. I'll be in the hospital for a few days - ugh! I have to get all kinds of clearance for the procedure, so I've been making phone calls. Now I have to go to 50 more appointments that I don't need... I will probably change hormonal's next week. I will be taking fasoladex. It's a shot given once a month. Thanks for all the mail and well wishes. I LOVE you guys!!

I'VE BEEN TAKING THE FASLODEX SHOT SINCE LAST MARCH. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW, I HAVEN'T HAD ANY SIDE EFFECTS. I HAVE STARTED FEELING BETTER SINCE TAKING IT. HANG IN THERE, I WISH YOU WELL.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through even more procedures as well as all the turmoil that preceds it. Just know that so many of us are here to love and support you - and encourage you through to renewed health!

Mary Anne, I am so sorry to hear you have yet another hurdle to jump. I sure wish you didn't have to go through this as you have had *more* then your share. I am going to pray that the biospy shows differently!!! If anyone can get through this its you...but it STINKS that you have to deal with this. I will be thinking of you and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I too am sorry you have to go through all this again. But if anyone knows how to fight this disease, it's you. And all your posts show how much you know how to live, love and enjoy. I admire your skills and your courage. You can kick the s--t out of those mets. Love to you, too
