another suppliment question

Suppliments are sooooo daunting....

Can we list what suppliments we take and the dosage.

I try to take fish oil, but it messes with my gall bladder. If I use flax doesn't that raise my estrogen level?

I have listed my supplements from my nut/onc -- nutritional oncologist expert/guru/healer -- in 6/30 thread TO "SUPPLEMENT" OR NOT. I have included dosages and reasons for taking each. Hope that is helpful. Been on this regimen since '98 midst liver mets and Taxotere and Vit H, of course. Vit H essential! + 10 glasses of bottled water a day, every day. Annoying, but doable. Any more questions, please ask away.

Our resident *brainiac* RB'S Greek Diet posts etc. elucidate on Omega 3s and 6s and the necessary ratio required, etc.
