that this is not mistaken by the public to mean that eating a diet high in plant food is not beneficial!

No matter how you slice it..........eating a diet high in veggies and fruits, low in fat and high in fiber can ONLY be beneficial for overall good health. Oh ya.........don't forget the all important EXERCISE!
It just makes good sense.

The way I see it... if it doesn't help prevent recurrance scientifically, so be it. But, it does help keep the body extremely nourished and healthier for the treatments that we need due to recurrance... and helps mitigate the side effects. So however you want to slice it, cutting out all junk and eating fresh, clean, etc is the way to go for longevity!
