I just want to thank all of you for your prayers for my dear friend Jim. I do however have some bad news. He passed aways last night. He was like a brother to me and I'm so upset at his passing. LIfe just doesn't seem to be fair. I can only hope and pray that he is no longer in any pain and that he is at peace. Please keep his family in your prayers.
I'm so sorry for your loss. So hard to lose someone you love. He is at peace now, and out of pain - I suppose that's the only consolation there is with this sort of loss. Hope you find strength (and ultimately joy) in your loving memories of him. Jo
Kate,
I am so sorry that your friend has passed. It is never easy to have the ones we love leave us. Just know that he remains in your heart and he
is at peace. These words may not help to soften the loss but please
I am saying a prayer for Jim and you also.
Hugs,
jean

Oh Kate -
If love and friendship could heal a person, I am sure yours would have done it for Jim. You were steadfast till the very end and he and his family all know that. I know it feels like a piece of you is now missing, but I am sure he would not want you to ache too much.
Find solace where you can - music, a nice park or gardens, where he would have liked to go.

Oh Kate.....I am sincerely sorry. You are right when saying "life isn't fair." It surely isn't and we don't understand and will certainly never figure out the why's of life. Trust we must! Although difficult.
Heartfelt condolences and hugs to you.

So sorry Kate. Life isn't fair. I guess I try to look for some positive. Maybe he'll be spared the loss of a loved one. I hope all his loved ones can find peace and enjoy their memories of him.How wonderful it will be when they eradicate C. Bev

Kate - my warmest condolences and hugs to go with them. Life with bc is hard enough, let alone adding in tragedies involving people we love. Wishing you peaceful times ahead, and a smooth path through your sadness. Belindax
