Physically Active Women With High Vegetable-Fruit Intake Regardless of Obesity

I'm sorry for posting this on the Her2group board, but I was SO excited (I've been waiting for the results of this study since shortly after I was dx in 2005...Diana Dyer refered me to it...diet to follow) and you ALL know how Ifeel about diet:)

Take care and God bless.

Rhonda,

Thanks for sharing. I've been a bit lazy on the gym lately (VERY frustrated with the lymphedema) and this is good motivation to get my 30x6 in.

Rhonda,

Thanks for motivating us. I confess to being lazy too. I will start turning over a new leaf.

Hugs, Catherine

This new study goes along with yours and supports the benefit of eating soup, veg. and fruits- it helps you loose weight!

I have been looking at treadmills as it gets so hot here in Florida to go walking during the day. I can go early morning or in the evening. It is good to know the fruit and veggie diet along with soup works. Now if I can get my butt in gear, maybe I can lose a few punds before my Granddaughters wedding in July. Don't want to be a fat Granny in the pics. LOL. Hugs and blesings to you all, Jeanette

I'm sorry, I didn't get anything from that study. They found a weak link. ??

All I know is I busted my butt diet and exercise wise before BC. 45 min aerobic 5 x / week.

So here I am with it and I think it's something else that's happening.. Sorry to dissent. Still hoping for a cure for all of us.
