Help!

When I was diagagnosed with BC in oct 2004 I had cording in my axilla and a red flush on my breast for 3 months preceeding diagnosis( I was told it was Mondors disease and / or hormonal changes and to take evening primrose oil!) It was never mentioned that IBC could be a diagnosis but I always wondered as my axilla looked just like the one on the website.
Since then have had no problems but I have just woken up to a flushed red breast. No signs of infection etc. Is this a way IBC can present or re present?Many thanks ROMO

Hi I don't have IBC but have a friend who's an RN who does have it and she recently gave a list of how ibc can be diagnosed and stressed you can have all or only one of the symptoms. This redness is probably nothing but they do say it can be one of the signs,if you're really concerned I'd have it checked out and maybe if you post this on the ibc forum someone with more knowledge of this could advise better than I can.Hopefully you'll get a few more opinions and replies to help.
