I am sorry for the inconvience of losing the website over the weekend. There was a configuration problem with the new server and hopefully that is behind us.

Warmest Regards
Joe

Joe, I have a dial-up service for my home ISP. I have 2 browsers, netscape and explorer. I have been unable to access the site at all from home ever since the migration to the new server. I tried deleting the cookies from both browsers, but no good. I have both a desk top computer and a lap top, and cannot access through either. The message I get is that http://www.her2support.org cannot be found. I know the site was running at the time, because I called my boyfriend, who has a different ISP than I (cable) and he accessed it while we were on the phone and told me what the new posts were. I have put a trouble ticket into my ISP to see if it is on their end. Meanwhile, I can access it from work (yet another ISP and a dedicated line) but I am actually expected to work here and not spend all day on the board :). Can you troubleshoot from your end? This is quite frustrating.

Glad it's back up again.

I don't post often, but I do come and read the new posts.

I was able to access through the private message e mail, then to the main forum.

My normal access denied my entry.

Some of the ladies on breastcancer.org are asking what they need to do to access the forum again.

It's a URL propagation problem, from the server move, right?

We are ironing out the problems and should be up 100% shortly.

Looks like you are having some success with the problems as I have just now been able to log on for the first time in days.

That is a first step and everyone else should be getting back on as well.

I thought maybe we would have to change our password, but my old one worked.

I was just given this link from the breastcancer.org board to get here.

http://her2support.org/vbulletin/index.php?

Nothing else has worked. I've been trying for 3 days now. I've had many emails...seems there are still lots of members having problems. I was thrilled to finally make it.

DELIGHTED you are back and available through Google search.

Joe I hope it has not all been too much of a headache. These techie things can be a real pain.

Thank you for all your efforts.

I am sure a brief absence has reminded us how valuable this resource is and how it would be missed.

Dear Joe,

While this site was unavailable it was a real eye opener to see how dependant I have become on accessing this wonderful group of people. Thanks so much for all you do to make this available!

My Very Best Regards!
