father A negative mother 0 negative

I had a miscarriage at my 5th month of my pregnancy .I am 0 negative and i am waiting the results of a blood test that i will have next week.They told me in the hospital that the baby was positive .They never ask what type of blood the father was.Today my partner told me that he's blood type is A negative.Is it possible to have a positive baby when both fathers are negative? Or has been a mistake of the hospital ,here in london (UK) ...

The public health care here is free but terrible,they discharge me from the hospital telling me i did not need the injection for the antibodies,after 3 days they sent me a nurse to shoot me an injection because they said i need it but the 72 hours period had past..

If anybody in this forum can give some advice it will be very helpful as i am very nervous ..

I am B- and my husband is B+....both of my children are B+, and I did receive the injection for the difference in the RH factor. Is your partner 100% sure of his blood type ? A blood test would clear up that question. So sorry to hear of your loss.

I'm sorry about your miscarriage. I'm A negative and my husband is A positive. I have two children and they are both A positive. I did receive a shot after the birth of each child for the two different RH factors. It turns out that my daughter-in-law has a "negative" blood type and they gave her a shot for the different RH factors before and after the birth. By the way, both my children were healthy and are now in their 30's.

I am also sorry about your miscarriage. My father is 0+ and my mother is A+. I am the only one in my family who is A-.
I guess it can skip generations.

Only had a lumpy so don't know lots. You can Google bras for mastectomy and many web based retailers come up. My only other thoughts are to contact your local American Camcer Society for references. Try your yellow pages as well. Good luck, BB
