single metastases

Did anyone here have a single metastasis? How long did you have it? What did you do?

I have had a single met to the supraclavicular node...been on Herceptin 3 1/2 years and now Xeloda Herceptin. I am not sure whether you are referring to brain mets or other mets.

I have had a single mets to rt lung, since July 2003 -now in the breast bone area, right in the middle of my chest. Very cool I got to see my lungs on the onc's computer and they look pretty good!!!. Just like Sheila's response, am not sure if you are referring to any single mets, or you are concerned about specific part of the body. I have been on Herceptin+Navelbine. Just started Xeloda due to tumor growing back. Stay positive..
