herceptin and sinus

Has anyone on herceptin experienced more sinus problems-in nasal passages and pressure over bridge of nose or eyebrow area? Ceesun

I have found myself to be more stopped up in that area, also. I have just been using Vick's vapor rub in my nostrils and that seems to help some. The downside is I feel like I smell like Vick's all of the time. I also spray a saline solution called Ayrs in my nose. It seems to help some also.

I have a constant runny nose while on Herceptin....between that and the watery eyes, I am always wiping! The onc. said this is worsened when Xeloda was added.....

That is exactly where my sinus problems are-been on hercepting for 4 years and i sear it is worse when I do weekly vs triweekly, but then again I have only done weekly when I'm doing chemo and the defenses are a little low, so not sure with all the variable what really makes the difference. Anyway I always feel a little snorky.

I had and still have (10 weeks off Herceptin) terrible sinus and ear problems. Hopefully it will resolove with time.

Me, too, I have almost constant sinus problems, and an intermittent headache "right between the eyes".

It's a dripping nose for me! I used to get embarrassed by my hair being out of place! I've surely been cured of the embarrassed thing!!!! I have an awful headache for 2 days after treatment (herceptin and navelbine), but it goes away.

rhino aquacort has worked wonders for my sinus problems w/ herceptain. :)
