Itchy Skin

Im new to all this,I have had A/C X4 and have just started Herceptin Apart from the Early menopause hot flashes and crusty nose I have been getting really itchy skin Has anybody else expericenced this Thanks

I'm not on Herceptin and haven't had chemo (Just lumpectomy and rads). I am on tamoxifen though and this has caused me to have really itchy skin. I scratch myself red raw sometimes. I have found that whilst I can't get rid of the problem completely I can lessen it by moisturising my skin a lot - the drier it gets the worse the problem.

I had posted this same question several weeks ago and had some excellent advice and comments...

that is a good idea, to search. i posted suggestions to this itchy skin. Try Sarna lotion.

and also there's a magnificent long thread about all the potential side effects. don't get scared reading it thought. we don't all get all!!!
