I am taking:

Calcium citrate

Flax seed Oil

Multi Vitamin Centrum Silver

Selenium

Ultra Omega-3 fish Oil

Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin C

Vitamin E (Dl-Alpha Toco.)

I try to eat at least 6 serving of fruits/vegetables per day. I get 45 minutes of moderate exercise a day. I limit consumption of red meats to once every other week. (can’t give them up completely). I avoid omega 6’s. Drink LOTS of water. Avoid refined sugars and refined white flours. Watch when I eat fruits. I ensure that I have eaten a meal or have cereal with my fruit so it does not increase my insulin load. I walk or exercise after my meal at night to also ensure I am not increasing insulin load. I eat fish 2-3 times a week.

I was wondering what everyone else is doing??

Apiganin had so much hopeful actions but the problem is that the absortion in the gut is nil due to destruction, they are working on analogues though so it is still worth a read;
http://www.lef.org/abstracts/codex/apigenin_index.htm

The Cytochrome P450 pathway, why not to take grapefruit juice with your meds. This pathway is the source of drug interactings, overdoses, or the opposition. It's good stuff to know if you are on anymeds:
http://drnelson.utmem.edu/P450lect.html
.....and for the more serious reader, P450 drugs actions, what drugs inhibitor or induce P450:

For me the essential starting point is to balance your omega three and six intake, combined with a good basic diet - variety as wide as possible- greens beans highly coloured fruits and vegetables oily fish etc. plus flax seed/flaxseed oil or equivalent source of omega threes, AND supplement DHA EPA etc which regretably is only available from a limited number of sources.

Everything else useful is a plus but the fats were in the life game early which I guess is why they are so influential extensive and essential in the body's functions.

Balancing the omega threes and sixes means for most westerners cutting out omega six sources.

Please if interested use the search facility above. Click on search on the bar above and enter your search word eg omega six, omega three, n3, n6.

From the lack of discussion on cutting down on omega sixes I do wonder if people are doing it already or simply not understanding why it is potentiallly so crucial.

Magor dietary changes should be discussed with your advisors.
