Do lung fibrotic markings mean anything?

I received a report of a CT of the chest and it states "minimal fibrotic markers are noted along the anterior chest wall of the right midlung field... left renal cyst is present... What is a renal cyst?
I am Stage I and taking Herceptin since 6/05.

I think renal cyst means you have a cyst on your kidney. Not sure though.

Yup- its a cyst on the kidney... I am more concerned with the "fibrotic markings" though...
