I have been trying for day's to get this post across without success (?) so here goes again.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their warm birthday wishes.
I had a lovely week-end with two of my daughters (one lives away) and my three young granddaugthers (ages 12,9 & 7)
They treated me to a girl's week-end in our little town of Mount Dora (small town close to Orlando) This town is famous for their Extravaganza Flea Market which they have a few times a year. This weekend being one. We love milling around and looking at all of the "old stuff" being sold. We stayed in an 1800's hotel on a lake which made me feel like I was in another time zone. It had a Great Gadsby look and feel. My granddaughters even brought along a foot spa and all the fixin's to give my poor tired feet a treatment after walking for about 7 hours.
What a great way to spend my birthday -
This was a milestone for me this year - I celebrated my 60th and also 10 years of survivorship this month.
I could not have asked for a better birthday then this.
