Advice About Curcumin Requested

Friends,

I would greatly appreciate hearing if folks are taking curcumin, and if so, has an optimal daily dosage been established? Also, I have had no luck finding it at local vitamin stores. Is it available in pill form, and if so, where have you found it? As always, I greatly appreciate the support and wisdom of this group.

Don't forget to take it with food - it can burn a hole in the stomach if you take it on an empty stomach for a long time.
