Hi RhondaH, I found another link which as additional info about coq10, and also has info about ubiquinol (the reduced form of coq10) which is recommended for people over the age of 30.

I have taken Co Q 10 everyday for 12 years and never had a low LVF on my every 6 month echo cardiograms or muga scans no matter which therapy I was on at the moment. I am planning to take it for the rest of my life even if I live to 100 !!!!!!!!!!

I have been taking it religiously to support my LV since a low reading in March and I am certain that it is one of the reasons I now get fantastic ECHO results.
