Brain Mets

I posted a few weeks ago regarding my sister who has brain mets , has had WBR gamma knife and just finished Taxotere approx 6 weeks ago. Latest scan shows 2 spots on base of brain grown and now causing problems ie nausea , loss of balance dizzy spells waiting to see neuro onc but he doesnt feel optimistic that he can offer anything. We are obviously worried sick about other treatments has anybody had any other treatments we can suggest I would appreciate info

What about cyberknife, it works well for tumors in the brain stem or base of the brain.
Also what about a Ommaya reservoir in her head, a port in the head to deliver chemo into the spinal fluid, it might help, my mom just got one in on Friday for mets to her spine.
