Good Evening,

Just wondering if anyone know anything about this clinical trial. I was on the avastin and taxol clinical trial for 15 months. I had minor progression then went to arimidex...it's not working. I have lots of progression and need to do another chemo. Xeloda is the next drug choice and now were trying to do it with another drug. This trial is being done at many locations and just wondering if anyone has any info...thanks for any input. I do have an appt for Oct 3rd with new oncologist...my clinic doesn't have this trial. I hate having to wait two more weeks to see a doctor when this beast is growing and spreading...but hate to loose out on possible benefits from the experimental drug TIPIFARNIB.

Hi Al,

Thanks for the link...I had pulled the one from the government site. I did find one gal on another board that is on it...she has heard good things from others. Guess I'll just have to try it and then give a report.

I sure do appreciate all the research and knowledge you bring to this board...take care
