Herceptin and tamoxifen work against each other?

Have been hearing snippets here and there that tamoxifen and herceptin do not work well together? Would hate to have to choose between them, hope this is not true.

Many thanks Al, as best I understand it now it seems to be thought it might be a GOOD thing to combine herceptin and tamoxifen, that is a big relief. Hope Linda is feeling good, Deedee (DIane)
