Lapatinib - update?

Can you give me some update on the Lapatinib trial? Also, do you know whether they plan to conduct it (or if it is already going on) in Europe? I livein Italy, and know that it is going on but only jointly with Xeloda, which I cannot take as I have been taking it already and it would be toxic for me.
