Welcome to the first issue of E-Updates, a Quarterly Newsletter on HER-1 and HER-2 Targeting in Cancer. First and foremost, the objective of this Quarterly Newsletter is to provide oncologists, community-based and university-based, and fellows in oncology with up- to-date clinically relevant information about molecular oncology.
Our first issue explores HER2 Testing and its relevance for community practice. Future issues will cover ongoing clinical trials, and discuss metastatic and adjuvant treatment. We ultimately hope these short, but substantive Quarterly Newsletters will help you, the practitioner, navigate through the pharmacologic options and challenges in treating this disease.
