SARCOMAs come from cells which normally make nerve, muscle, bone, cartilage or fibrous tissue (vs breast cancer which mostly comes from cells which normall form linings of ducts/glands). Their aggressiveness is usually proportional to the degree to which they lose their differentiation (high grade being very differentiated). Cells which are differentiated utilize their energy to make products and serve their function; undifferentiated cells stop serving their function and spend most of their energy reproducing.
I am sure the National Cancer Institute website has non-technical as well as technical information,

Good luck!
