Hello everyone,
I hope you all had a good weekend. I just got on and am trying to navigate this new board.

I may well be the biggest dummy of all, but I have to ask a few questions. Don't laugh ok.

What is Guided Mode and Normal Mode?
I gather check post length is how long it can be?
BB Code Help is Bulliten Board Help?

What is Lo-Vi Version?
Ipb Default Skin? I am afraid to click on them, I went to my personal page to put color and my font type in and nothing happened.

The http:// IMG @ Quote Code and insert address, that would be the Her2?

last but not least what are TAGS?

On the burn question, I burned my arm on a space heater that is the same side as lymph node removal. I have 3 small blisters and one large one that looks like a grape cut in half is stuck to my arm. I was told not to pop it. I haven't but it itches. Also would like to know besides swelling and red spots is there any other indication for the beginning of lymphodema?

Thanks. Take Care, k

Kristen,

There are "help" buttons to answer most of your questions.

I have no idea on your questions. I know how to upload an avatar and add a signature from another board I'm on that's similar, but that's it.

OUCH! I don't know of other idicators other than swelling. How did you burn your arm??

Joe,
I wnt to the bb code and read every one of them. I tried to e- mail you direct, but it wouldn't take.
I realize with any new site, there are bugs that need to be worked out, I think it would be helpful, it there was some type of tutorial to help show us how to navigate the new board. It looks wonderful. I have pushed all the links and buttons and still have more questions that are not answered by the bb code.

If that can't be done, does someone who is having no trouble out there mind posting and letting me write a few questions on how to use some of the special features that are being offered? Or get some definitions of what the pc jargin means. I would appreciate it. Thank you k

I agree with Kristen. Some kind of tutorial would really be helpful because some of us are not quite as computer-literate as others and some of the terminology is completely unfamiliar. The new site really looks nice but am unsure how it works and what everything means. Thanks for listening and thanks, too, for all your hard work putting this together. CathyB
