Brain mets are more treatable and there are long term survivors.
We are here in San Antonio attending a breast cancer conference. Allos Pharaceutical has announced a new drug which makes whole brain radiation more effective. I am attaching a description of this new drug. Have your rad-onc talk to them.
I am a 4 1/2 year survivor of brain mets. I recieved wbr and Gamma Knife. I will be back in San Diego this evening and will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
