Burzynski clinic

Has anyone heard any pros or cons about the Burzynksi clinic in Houston, Texas.

Yes, I met a woman whose teenage daughter had cancer of the brain - it may have been the brain stem. They took her to the clinic from California but she just got progressively worse and she succumbed to the disease. There are testimonials for success with every alternative treatment. I don't know Burzynski's track record but I have discovered that alternative medicine, especially the clinics, do not keep reliable statistics, if any.
