Does Femara make you tired?

Just wondering - does Femara (Letrozole) cause you tiredness?

I do believe that is a side effect. I've been on it now for over a month and in the beginning I was tired and achy. I still get the achiness but don't appear to be as tired as I was. I just painted two rooms in my house , so I guess not. My friend is on it and she takes it at night because she get sleepy after taking it. I guess it effects everyone different.

I have been on Femara for a little over a week. I was taking it in the morning but it made me dizzy so I changed to night (early night, about 8). About an hour after I take it I get dizzy, hot, and tired but not sleepy. I get aches and pain but I don't know if that is from the femara or from the after effects of chemo. I was having the aches and pains before I began femara. Were you also given effexor for the hot flashes?
