Mastectomy and reoccurrence? ME 2

I had a mastectomy, 0.7 cm tumor all nodes were negative, and a reocurrence 1 1/2 years later,,,Her2 factor being positive seems to result in more chances of reocurrence.

I had a mastectomy, chemo, 12 0f 24 nodes involved, recurrance after 18 years--really thought it would happen much sooner.
