HA! HA!
However that pain can be a sign of something serious as in brain mets or to the upper spine. I reported an unexplained stiff neck (no - not my husband's fault!) and my med onc ordered a brain MRI for me to be sure!
"Nothing there!" he told me! I laughed with him ...
