Posted at the start of this string: "There is a great organization called "National Cancer Survivor's Day". It is on June 8th although dates may vary. This is a grass roots advocacy and educational organization which is funded by the H&R Block Organization."
Also, I am quoting from the Josephine Ford Cancer Center Newsletter "Coming Events-Cancer Survivor's Day June 8 ... will call them on Monday, but confused why Christine quoted the 8th also???
