Email addresses in postings

When we post a reply or a new message - do we have to put in our e mail addresses each time?Will other gals be able to get out email addresses if we dont do this? It is kind of a nuisance to have to type it in each time but it is nice to be able to have that info if we need it.

Your e-address was not with this post, so do not know if you have put it in before, but the system will not recall it as far as I know.
I usually don't put my email, but it is with my story.
