Hi Ladies -
I have put on about 15+ pounds and walking or exercising just firms it up and gives me a little more stamina - NO loss!
Yes, I think my metabolism has slowed and wants to stay there as I am rarely very hungry and I feel like eating smaller meals more often. A big, hot meal makes me really sleepy and I feel overloaded. Hubby is diabetic and needs to eat, so he is conscious of my eating as well. He encourages me to eat to keep getting stronger, but I feel like I can't eat as much as before.
I try to concentrate on quality over quantity.
My friends just say it is our age and has nothing to do with my cancer treatment!
