Hi Lolly: Thanks for the imput. Are there any things that you do that tend to aggrivate your lymphadema? Mine seems to come and go with no pattern except 2 things that seem to set it off pretty regularly. Those two things are scrubbing walls or kitchen cabinets and bending over pulling weeds in my garden. Most of the time I will just be doing usual stuff and all of a sudden I start getting pain and that achey, pressure feeling. Don't know what to make of it. I am lucky because I only have a slight case where the swelling is marginal. I don't have to wear a sleve or bandage although I have a sleve to wear if I need to take a plane someplace. I have been taught how to bandage my arm but have never had to do so. The pain I experience is NOT marginal...my physical therapist said that the amount of swelling doesn't nessesarily indicate the level of pain the patient is experiencing. Some people, such as myself, can have minor swelling and still have high levels of pain. I wish there was something I could do about it. Oh Well, as I said before, at least I'm still alive to complain about it! LOL Take Care, Linda
