The HER2 Support Group has partnered with Anabus, a leading medical survey organization in order to gather information which will benefit HER2 +++ survivors.
Links to the survey can be found on our Home Page and on the top of this message board.
The purpose of this survey is to determine the most efficent method of disseminating information about HER2, tests, treatments and latest drug info.
This is a 2 phase survey, In phase I you are asked a short series of questions which will qualify you to take the main survey. The main survey takes about 20-30 minutes and upon completion you will receive either a $30.00 gift certificate for Amaon.com or a $30.00 donation to a breast cancer organization in your name.
Please take the time to participate in this most important data gathering effort.
