That's why this message board is so great! I thougt I was the only way with joint pain! My fingers have been a little stiff but my knees and hips have also been pretty sore. Once I get moving everything is ok but if I've been sitting for a while it takes me a minute to straighten out. Probably all the typing of messages we do is good exercise for our stiff fingers. Thanks everbody - I don't feel so alone in this now.
