ASCO Conference and Vital Options

I wanted let you know that Selma Schimmel, a two-time bc survivor who is also her2 positive, has a nationally-syndicated radio show "The Group Room" about all types of cancer, and she e-mailed me today and said she is going to the ASCO conference in New Orleans and will report on conference findings on her radio show on June 6 in case you're interested. She's a wonderful woman and has great speakers (physicians usually) on her program (I've called in before to ask a question) and this one in particular will be really relevant because she is is going to speak with the Herceptin people while at ASCO. My daughter and I had the extreme pleasure to participate on the Vital Options Program on a special Mother's Day, 2002 or 2003, Not sure. I also met Selma at SABCS last December. She is a remarkable woman.

I am looking forward to some good news coming out of ASCO. There are also papers to be presented on Gamma Knife and WBR which may be of interest to all.
