Hello Pat,I'm in UK too,I have bone mets.
You are right,we are way behind here.
There is a girl called Patty Z who's refused WBR for ages now, going for other options but she is in USA and also in hospital this week dealing with a completely new cancer[poor Henny Penny, she's a great girl, the sky keeps on falling on her head]
She maybe online soon and hopefully up to replying
Keep on looking and hang in there, have you tried Royal Marsden?

I Spoke to Accuray last week about the availability of Cyberknife in Europe and they currently have only 3 locations. 2 in Italy and 1 in the Netherlands.
I also did a google search on "Gamma Knife Great Britain" and received quite a few "hits".

Warmest Regards
Joe

What about in the US? Good sites (including where it is done.) My oncs don't seem to want to say much about it. I'm the one with the dizziness, and I want to get rid of it. Am thinking about Georgetown U. and CyberKnife (vs. GammaKnife)and/or Linac? Am going to ask regular onc about it tomorrow. Should I call my rad onc? (I would think I would.) I want whatever it takes!

Thanx.

Sue
