I know this probably sounds stupid to worry about something petty, but did anyone else have trouble getting their hair back? I finished my last taxol in feb. I'm on herceptin, which is not supposed to affect your hair. I have just a cap of hair and its kinky and coarse. My eyelashes grew back fine. My hair always grew so fast before. Any suggestions on making it grow faster?

I know you said in an earlier post that you just finished radiation a month ago. My hair never really started growing much until about 2 months after radiation, so hang in there, it will happen!

There are some products carried by salons that may help you out, but as Lolly says, I think it just takes some time following radiation. Mine came back kinky and coarse but over time has straightened out, softened, and is my former color (dishwater!) Just be patient and it will happen for you. I was so darned glad to get some I almost didn't care what it looked like!
