Cindi, I HAVE stopped taking CoQ-10 while on Navelbine/Herceptin, although I did take it while on Herceptin alone, for heart function. My oncologist and my nurses think it's counterproductive to killing the cancer cells, as CoQ-10 does act as an antioxidant also. I also stopped Vitamin E and C. Just try to eat extremely healthy whole foods. I'm feeling relatively good, and the tumors are shrinking, so I'm happy.
There isn't any hard data that I know of to support the assumption, just clinical observation.

Thanks so much for your response. I will wait to begin COQ10 after chemo/herceptin ends.
