To answer your question lauren I was misdiagnosed two years ago. I did not know about the her2 until I had my slides rechecked just a few months ago. So as you can see I only recently learned of the her2+++ thing now not 2 years ago at diagnosis. And I only had CMF Not AC as recommended for the her2 because we did not know about it. As I see it it is never too late to consider some of these treatments if you are indeed at risk especially is the docs did not even give you the right chemo to begin with.
