Herceptin/Chemo Combos

Michelle, my take on this subject is that the less chemo one has to receive the better, and in the absence of active disease there is no evidence that chemo, even in combination with Herceptin, is going to prevent recurrence. I'm intrigued with the vaccine trials currently underway, and especially the trials that allow Herceptin use while receiving the vaccine. That sounds to me like a more promising avenue for prevention.
