olympics?

I know this is off-topic, but I was just curious. Have you ever been to olympics before? If so, would you do it alone?

I wanna go, but unable to find anybody to join with me. Just wondering if I would still enjoy the games without a companion....

I have been to the Lake Placid Winter games in 1980. Had a GREAT time and went with ex-hubby.
I have a friend who went to Calgary by herself and reported a wonderful experience. The seats to the events are rather pricey, so it can run into more money than one might think if you really want to see the events.
Maybe you can join a small group through a travel agency.
