Does anybody know if there is a place doing scientific research that might benefit from receiving bodies that have died from breast cancer?
I've never heard of such a place, but thought that I'd check and see...

Try approaching your local/state university. They are usually the one'ws with interest.

Sorry, don't know if they are accepting specifically for bc, but my friend Judy in Houston set this up when she was dx'd with brain mets. She died from combined progression and her body was indeed donated for research.
It's a very courageous, generous act in my opinion. I couldn't do it.
From what I've read, it seems that some cancer statistics and things to do with cancer are gleaned for any body that is donated for research.
For example, brain mets at time of death is common, yet undiagnosed during the persons life.
