I normally do NOT read "Ladies' Home Journal" but when on the airplane I came across an article entitled "7 Secrets of High-Energy People" on page 80.
I got some goose bumps, because this is exactly what I have been feeling this summer. I am just determined NOT to let my recurrence 'take over' my current life, but of course with a realistic look on life.
