Is this a typo in the artice... note the date of 2004??

"As of July 2004, Herceptin has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) only for women with advanced (metastatic, stage IV) HER2-positive breast cancer."

I assume they meant that "as of the date of this article" it is approved for Stage IV. Meaning, tomorrow, it could be approved for other stages.
