I've been doing all the good things for iron content (liver, raisins, cooking in an iron pot, etc.)for rbc/Hb/Hgb but can't get the WBC out of the basement. Below normal count. Told my internist (my local doc in Alaska). Told my onc (in Seattle). I think it went in one ear and out the other. I did get a bovine thymus extract supplement but am afraid to try it as it came from down under and I'm scared of mad cow disease. Suggestions more than welcome...
