Kathy, I can't remember when or where I read an article on this topic. It stated that many doctors have been perscribing lower doses for some time now and it's just not as effective. Wish I could remember where I read that!

I remember the article as well, and the spin on the article was that the Docs were trying to save the insurance companies money by cutting back on dosages, and that it was a sub standard treatment with poor results. I think that this is something totally ifferent than what Jeff is talking about. (is this 2 different issues??)
