how much herceptin

i hv bn on herceptin weekly till 3 wks ago..120 ml or 1/4 th of the bottle eaach shot..there is some discrepancy amongst my docs as to the amt i shd hv now that i am on it every three to four weeks... the 1/4th worked out to a lil less than 2mg per kg body weight.. what amount are u all taking(the ones hvg it every 3-4 weeks

On a three week schedule the dose would be 6.0mg/kg. I weigh 121 pounds or 55.0 kg so my dose of Herceptin is 330 mg. A loading dose is usally not used in every 3 week administration.
