herceptin before PEt scan?

Having PET scan for 1st time tomorrow noon, plus head MRI at 3pm and also echo at 10am.

Not supposed to eat or drink anything (except water & meds) for 6 hours prior to PET scan.

OK for me to have weekly herceptin before the scan??

i have had it the same day. My only experience with having to wait for anything was the bone density test. no nuclear material in body, had to wait 2 weeeks before scan could be done.

They gave me my herceptin after the scan. Maybe because they inject dye for the scans???
