Thanks everyone for the responses. I feel better but I guess I need to cut out some of the sugar I eat. I do like my sweets and being from the south I love sweet ice tea. Thanks to all of your responses I don't feel as guilty about the fact that I have struggled with my weight most of my life and ended up with breast cancer.

Thanks ladies... I know that this is a safe place that I can come to and get advice, a little cheer or just share some thoughts.
